Love is in the air in Antioch and your officers had the opportunity to share some heart-shaped greetings with our beloved community members at the Bedford Center. Officer Kendall was challenged by Richard to a good ol’ fashioned game of hoops. It’s hard to say who won, but the two hugged it out in the end, acknowledging it was all love. We don’t need to be struck by Cupid’s arrows in Antioch to spread the love to our community.
The Bedford Center primarily serves East Contra Costa County and is the only licensed adult day health care center in this region. Their adult day programs provide services for frail elders and adults with disabilities to remain independent and retain their dignity while engaging in an active social life.
