Antioch Distribution Center Sold for $32.4M

In September the Antioch Distribution Center sold for $32.4M to Westcore Properties. Westcore Properties is a global, entrepreneurial commercial real estate investment firm focusing in the Western United States. The Antioch Distribution Center at 2200 to 2300 and 2110 Wilbur Street is located in Antioch’s zoned industrial and heavy industrial area, a unique zoning that allows for uses of large companies off Wilbur Avenue to grow their businesses. The site has two buildings totaling 665,775 square feet of manufacturing/distribution space. Additionally, the enhancement of over $1B of improved transportation infrastructure in Antioch alone makes this area and this site attractive to key companies moving products to the rest of the Bay Area. Westcore now expands its industrial properties in one of its primary focus areas of Northern California’s East Bay and Central Valley. Westcore owns other properties in Stockton and one in Tracy.
