Some calls to 911 and the City’s non-emergency number are for situations that do not need a police officer to respond. To develop Antioch’s program to address non-emergency calls using well-trained community respondents. Urban Strategies Council is collecting input from Antioch residents who have experience with the 911-system or feedback on how the City addresses non-emergency 911 calls and community needs.
This survey aims to understand community needs from the voice of the people most impacted.
The survey is anonymous and confidential and takes seven minutes to complete.
