The Public Works Department is pleased to welcome Pierre Dreher, Water Treatment Supervisor to our team. Pierre began his career in the water industry in 1992, where he fabricated, designed and built modular Waste Water Treatment Plants and Reverse Osmosis Systems to meet the high demand for treated and recycled water in Mexico. Over the next decade, he extended his expertise into Membrane Systems installation and startup, technical support service and troubleshooting not only for the membrane process but also for upstream pre-treatment equipment.
Pierre possesses State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Water Treatment Operator T4 and Water Distribution Operator D3 certifications. He also holds three Advance Membrane Operator Certifications with the SouthWest Membrane Operator Association (SWMOA). Pierre is looking forward to applying his extensive knowledge and experience to the challenging water treatment and service industry, focusing on the emerging needs of the evolving water industry while delivering the highest water quality to our community
