Toastmasters International is a nonprofit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of meeting locations.
Whether you’re a professional, student, stay-at-home parent or retiree, Toastmasters is the best way to improve your communication skills, help you lose the fear of public speaking and learn skills that will make you be a better listener. Even if you already have some or all of these skills, you will enhance them in Toastmasters while learning how to lead teams and conduct meetings.
Creating Communicators is a local club that meets in Antioch at the Kaiser Medical Center/Sand Creek. The group meets every Tuesday evening 7:10- 8:15 p.m. Guests are welcome to attend. The meetings offer a friendly and supportive atmosphere for participants who share a common interest of improving communication skills.
